She was wanting to leave her mark on the Fairelands, not just happy with setting her candle on a boat on the water in The Fairelands Junction, she carved her name into the Myrtle Stone in the middle of the ring of cats, Her home from Home - Firstly being in the Fairelands, secondly within a ring of cats. She feels free and happy once she places her special sigil, giving her true name to the Fairelands. A name she does not relinquish lightly to anyone, most of the folk who knew her true name are long gone. For them, she lit the candle in remembrance.

This name was chosen to give honor to a tradition that women from all over the world gather together to take part in. While I myself do not take part in this tradition as a descendant of European colonizers, I recognize the importance of the study of the Codex Borgia and the healing that takes place during the Moon Dance. Praying for our fellow man, honouring and being at one with nature and with the universe, healing and cleansing oppression, and amplifying femininity are all things I respect and take part in in my own way and want to encourage others to do as well. I hope to shed what little ignorant light on this incredible tradition as I can, and to hearten others to ask and seek the answers to the hard questions about why this ceremony must take place.
